**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate leads.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create innovative approaches for business development.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about Liam Construction Company's products and services.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- **Proposal and Negotiation**:

- Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and provide timely and effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
