**Role**:

- Ownership of customer onboarding from initiation to launch and till handover to BAU.
- Customer-centricic and responsible for customer success.
- Responsible to work across cross-functional teams, cultures and geographies.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Understanding the scope of work and ensuring projects run in adherence to the project timelines.
- Negotiation with stakeholders ensuring the delivery and quality of project deployment is in accordance with TerraPay’s commitments to clients on agility and first-time-right.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with focus and attention to detail.
- Project Management Operations and associated tools
- Client & Cross-functional stakeholder management

**Skills Required Detailed oriented, experienced in doing root cause analysis.**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Being Proactive, and self-driven.
- Time Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹824,999.18 - ₹1,124,416.74 per year
