**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and promoting customer loyalty. This role involves supporting sales, handling inquiries, and implementing strategies that enhance our relationship with customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
- Contribute to customer retention strategies, providing feedback and insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze customer interactions, providing insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and report on trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
