**Profile Introduction**:
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure efficient customer interactions, improve client satisfaction, and drive sales performance. This role involves developing and implementing CRM strategies, maintaining accurate customer data, and analyzing customer interactions to enhance overall customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data is maintained in the CRM system. Perform regular data cleansing and validation.Monitor and manage customer inquiries and communications through the CRM, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and automated workflows using the CRM system to engage potential and existing clients.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with IT and other departments to integrate the CRM system with other business tools and platforms.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
