**Job Title: CRM Executive - DMS Software Specialist**
We are seeking a talented CRM Executive with a specialization in managing DMS (Dealer Management System) software for our EV two-wheeler startup. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of our DMS software while also managing various other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities.
**Responsibilities**:
**DMS Software Management**:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Dealer Management System software.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the DMS software, troubleshooting any technical issues, and providing necessary support to users.
- Collaborate with software vendors or internal IT teams for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Train dealership staff on the usage of DMS software and provide ongoing support.
**CRM Activities**:
- Develop and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and customer engagement.
- Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeted at existing customers.
**Customer Support**:
- Serve as a point of contact for dealership staff and internal teams regarding DMS software and CRM-related queries.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1 years) in CRM management, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
- In-depth understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) software and CRM principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software platforms.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
