**Introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated CRM Executive to join our Real Estate team. The CRM Executive will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction. This position is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the overall customer experience within the real estate sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the real estate lifecycle.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Data Management**:

- Effectively manage and update customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Utilize CRM software to track and analyze customer interactions and transactions.
- **Communication**:

- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- **Customer Engagement Programs**:

- Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns aimed at client retention and satisfaction.
- **Feedback Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience based on feedback analysis.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on customer engagement, satisfaction, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and trends.

**FULL TIME**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:
