Newchem Sunraysia is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CRM Calling Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and updating their records in our CRM system.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to customers and updating their records in our CRM system.
- Resolving customer queries and issues over the phone.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.
- Meeting daily and monthly calling targets.

**Requirements**:

- A graduate degree from a recognized university.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Marathi, English and Hindi.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
