**Job Title**: CRM Executive
**Location**: Mumbai, India
**Experience**: Minimum 3 Years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **CRM Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the CRM system, ensuring customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
- **Customer Segmentation**: Manage customer segmentation processes for targeted marketing and personalized communication.
- **Customer Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional responses.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Monitor customer behavior and feedback to create reports that offer insights into customer trends, campaign effectiveness, and overall engagement.
- **Customer Retention**: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention through effective CRM practices.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and consistent messaging.
- **CRM Optimization**: Continuously analyze and optimize the CRM system to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business.
- **Customer Feedback Management**: Gather, analyze, and report customer feedback, and work on resolving customer issues and improving overall satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** working with CRM systems and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Experience in managing customer data, segmentation, and communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from customer data.
- Proficient in Excel and other data management tools for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various departments.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset to resolve customer issues and improve the overall experience.
