Inside Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized sales support and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and advantages to potential customers.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Follow up with leads and prospects through various communication channels to nurture relationships and drive conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends, and to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales records and reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills through training and professional development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with B2C sales techniques and strategies, including cold calling, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
