**Job Title: Executive Assistant cum Administrative Associate - Wagle Estate Thane, India**

**Pay Scale: Rs. 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 annually.**

Are you a proactive and versatile professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic work environment? In this role, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director while also handling the company's key administrative responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
3. **Coordination**: Act as a bridge between different departments, ensuring efficient information flow and fostering a collaborative work atmosphere. Assist in coordinating projects, tracking progress, follow up for invoices, and providing updates to stakeholders.

4. **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation.

5. **Client Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Keep clients informed about product updates, promotions, and other relevant information.

6. Any other kindred activities which could not be explicitly mentioned above, as ours is a fast growing entity at its infancy stage.

**Qualifications Required**:
1. **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Specialised courses on **Office Administration** or **Executive Assistant Studies** will be an added advantage.

2. **Experience**:Prior experience in EA and / or administrative roles is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn and contribute are also encouraged to apply.

3. **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Ability to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.

4. **Organizational Skills**:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

5. **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM software.

6. **Initiative**:A self-starter who takes initiative, demonstrates resourcefulness, and is eager to take on new challenges.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:
