**Job Title**: Admin Executive with Accounts Knowledge
The Admin Executive with Accounts Knowledge is responsible for managing office operations efficiently while performing essential accounting tasks. This role requires strong administrative skills, experience in managing office duties, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Duties**:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update company records and databases.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
**Accounting Tasks**:
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
**Experience**:
2-3 years of experience in administrative roles with accounting responsibilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
