**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Experience: 2-4 years**
**Location: Andheri**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Update and maintain databases such as contact lists, vendor lists, and employee records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- **Document Preparation**:
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports.
- **Office Management**:
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Organize and maintain office common areas.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment needs.
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about company products and services.
- Handle customer complaints or redirect to the appropriate department for resolution.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and expense reports.
- Compile and organize data for reports and presentations.
- **Special Projects**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events or special projects.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
