**Job Role Overview**:
As a Customer Service Associate in the healthcare domain, you will be part of an international voice process, assisting patients and healthcare providers across the globe. You will act as a liaison between healthcare organizations and their customers, ensuring queries and concerns are resolved efficiently.
This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will be handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with inquiries, managing appointments, and addressing billing issues or medical queries.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Interaction**: Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service to international clients via phone calls, addressing inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance, billing, and appointments.
**Issue Resolution**: Identify customer needs, answer their questions, and solve problems by leveraging available resources, escalating issues to higher authorities if needed.
**Healthcare Assistance**:Guide patients on healthcare protocols, explain treatment plans, and assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up.
**Process Adherence**:Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with healthcare and privacy regulations (such as HIPAA) while maintaining confidentiality.
**Documentation**: Accurately document patient information, queries, and resolutions in the system while maintaining data integrity.
**Team Collaboration**:Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare professionals to provide timely support and resolve customer concerns.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline.
**Experience**: A minimum of 6 months in healthcare customer service or any international customer service process.
**Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
**Technical Skills**: Basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Office and CRM tools.
**Problem-Solving**:Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy.
**Shift Flexibility**: Willingness to work rotational shifts (any 9-hour shift between 8 PM and 8 AM) and on rotational week offs.
