Regional Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee logistics operations across multiple regions, ensuring timely delivery of manpower resources to clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimize resource allocation based on client requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and partners to support operational needs.
- Monitor and track the movement of manpower resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on regional operations, performance, and challenges.
- Conduct periodic site visits and inspections to assess operational effectiveness and address any issues proactively.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably within the manpower or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and achieving common goals.
