JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services. Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification : SD Roles: Graduate with 15 years of formal education in BCA/BTECH/MCA/BE/MSc/BSC- Computer Science
- Shift : 24*7
- Location : Pune(WFO)
- Experience : 1-2years of Experience
- If experience than must have: Minimum 1 year of Service Desk in International Support
