the IT Service Desk voice line.Monitor
tickets/requests submitted to our Request Portal.Diagnose
and resolve software and hardware problems for BCT in a timely,
customer-focused manner.Assist
users with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software
applications.Assist
in maintaining hardware inventory control.Assist
in the deployment of new computers to staff.Escalate
tickets/requests to appropriate BCT IT staff as necessary.Document
any open tickets/request that require hand-off or escalation to US Based
IT staff for further resolution/assistance.Perform
other duties as assigned.SkillsStrong
knowledge operating and troubleshooting Windows 10.Strong
knowledge operating and troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite, with an
emphasis on Word, Excel, and MS Teams.General
