Key Responsibilities:

- Listen actively to understand customer needs, concerns, and complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and patience, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers as needed.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved and their expectations are met.
- Identify trends or recurring issues in customer feedback and communicate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement, personalized service, and problem-solving.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers' concerns and emotions.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and effectively address their inquiries or complaints.
- Problem-solving skills to analyze situations, identify root causes, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer support tools for managing interactions and tracking customer data.
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude, especially when dealing with challenging or irate customers.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Pay: ₹9,376.08 - ₹14,263.60 per month
