**Role: Customer Relationship Executive**
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to lead our direct-to-consumer business in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and enjoyable working environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts & Sciences is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel and MS Office
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Ensure customers receive timely updates on their orders
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Keep customers updated on the latest products and launches
- Communicate customer feedback and insights about our products and services to the digital and business development teams
- Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
