Roles and Responsibility

**Once again attaching the Job Description for the desired role. Majorly, the job involves handling Sales & Commercial activities related to**

**MIS**
- MIS generation for Institutional Sales.
- Maintains all data with respect to ongoing orders (Order Pipeline) & executed orders.

**B2B Business (Corporate Orders)**
- Engagement with field & customer with regard to order execution & other misc operational matters.
- Interacting with existing customers and resolving concerns & queries related to finance / payments.
- Preparing quotations, coordinating with the field for order execution (Dealer Mapping & Issuance of vouchers).
- Coordination with the finance department for payment credits for dealer accounts & their settlement.

**B2C /Niche segment -Inst Sales**
- MIS generation & coordination with the field.
- Active coordination with the field for claims settlement. This is an important job aspect & the role acts as a bridge between the field & finance department for follow up & settlement of Institutional Claims.

**CSD part**
- Follow up & settlement of CSD claims.
- State wise / Depo wise price working whenever the prices change. Recently, the exercise has become quite frequent because of regular price revisions.
