**POST - FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE - FEMALE.**
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Presentable, Smart and Multitasking.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling front desk area, greeting and welcoming clients/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls to concern department.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person.
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Maintaining office stationery and other stock item.
- Ensuring timely maintenance of office equipment’s and other office repairs.
- Controlling and managing office boys and distributing their work.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in computer with basic.
- Maintaining Inward / Outward register
- Experience in operating biometric access system.
- Ready to take up any new task given with active participation.
- Communication skills should be excellent.
