Heavy Equipment Sales

Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying business opportunities and engaging customers through a
consultative approach, ensuring repeat business by maintaining high customer
satisfaction.
- Supporting marketing efforts, including digital marketing and participation in
exhibitions, while monitoring competitor activity.
- Developing strategies to engage key accounts and expanding customer base in the
region.
- Managing dealer relationships, including onboarding, training, and driving revenue
targets.
- Acquiring new customers and fostering long-term relationships.
- Conducting customer engagement activities such as seminars, training sessions,
and product demonstrations to promote the company's image.
- Developing and implementing business and market strategies for the region.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide timely solutions to customer
needs.
- Maintaining accurate sales reporting and ensuring timely receivables collection.
- Project management knowledge and experience is preferred.
Qualifications and key skills required:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of experience in selling industrial equipment, preferably Cranes or Hoists.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer
service skills.
- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt.
- Computer literacy and IT skills.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
