Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment sectors.
  • Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to promote products, foster relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities across India.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, encompassing lead generation, qualification, and closure, ensuring timely achievement of targets.
Requirements
  • Proven Field Sales Experience: Demonstrated expertise in field sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or laboratory equipment sector.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Science is desirable but not mandatory.
