**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to Director (Finance)

**Reports To**: Director, Finance

**Position Summary**: The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director of Finance plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations for the Director and supporting the finance leadership team. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills, as the EA will manage complex schedules, prepare high-level financial documents, handle confidential matters, and act as the Director's liaison across various departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to ensure the Director’s time is used optimally.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Draft and manage correspondence, including meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- **Financial and Operational Support**:

- Assist with the preparation and presentation of financial reports, dashboards, and strategic planning documents.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, financial reviews, and other leadership gatherings.
- Research and compile data for financial analysis, forecasts, and investment strategies.
- Track and maintain confidential records, reports, and financial documents in accordance with company policies.
- **Liaison Role**:

- Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and vendors.
- Facilitate communication and ensure the Director is informed of important matters that require their attention.
- Collaborate with various teams (finance, HR, operations, etc.) to ensure the Director is kept updated on project developments and departmental progress.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate and assist in finance-related projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Track progress and report on financial initiatives, including investment projects, cost-saving measures, and financial systems upgrades.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing administrative support to help achieve departmental goals.
- **Office and Logistics Management**:

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative activities for the Director.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, conferences, and off-site activities, including travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, and ensure timely retrieval of key documents.
- **Confidentiality and Compliance**:

- Handle sensitive and confidential financial data with discretion and in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance matters related to finance and corporate governance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: MBA in Finance is highly preferred.

**Experience**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a finance, investment, or corporate setting.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, particularly in finance or accounting environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
