Job Description:
Position would be full time, work from office. As an executive assistant for partners of a credit fund, incumbent responsibilities would include:
1. Managing schedules: Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the partners.
3. Administrative support: Assisting with document preparation, presentations, and reports.
4. Vendor Relationship management: Building and maintaining vendors relationships and ensuring the best service and commercials for the fund.
5. Research: Conducting market research, gathering data, and preparing reports as needed.
6. Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion and handling sensitive information with care.
7. Project coordination: Assisting with special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the partners.
8. Office management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
9. Liaison: Serving as a liaison between the partners and other team members within the organization.
10. Miscellaneous tasks: Handling ad-hoc requests and providing general support to ensure the partners' efficiency and effectiveness in their roles.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
