Executive Assistant

**Position Overview**:
The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the co-founder by
efficiently managing their complex calendar, coordinating meetings, and arranging
travel logistics. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive
information. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted liaison between the co
- founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and
prioritization of tasks to optimize the co-founder's time and productivity.
**Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant - Scheduling**:
- Manage and maintain the co-founder's calendar with meticulous attention to detail,
ensuring accuracy and completeness in scheduling appointments, meetings, and
events.
- Act as a liaison between the co-founder and internal/external stakeholders,
promptly communicating schedule changes, meeting requests, and other relevant
information.
- Prepare comprehensive itineraries and briefing materials for the co-founder's
engagements, providing relevant background information, agendas, and necessary
documents.
- Manage communication channels on behalf of the co-founder, screening and
them as appropriate.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the team to ensure seamless
coordination and alignment of schedules and priorities across the organization.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for documents,
correspondence, and other materials related to the co-founder's activities,
ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and
improve efficiency in scheduling and coordination efforts.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, such as company-wide
meetings, retreats, and conferences, providing logístical support and onsite
coordination as needed.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to the co-founder, demonstrating
professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all interactions and communications.
- Act as a representative of the co-founder in meetings or events when necessary,
conveying their messages and priorities with clarity and professionalism.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the co-founder and executive team,
including drafting correspondence, managing expenses, and performing other
duties as assigned.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights,
accommodations, ground transportation, and visa processing, considering the co
- founder's preferences and travel policies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
