**Responsibilities of IT Assistant Manager:
- **
**1. Client support & Technical management.**
- Level 2 or 2+ queries forward to the developer team.
- Server setup & troubleshoot
- System setup & troubleshoot.
- Task Follow-up & reporting of the developer team.
- Follow-up & Requirement gathering from the client.
**2. Admin Tasks**
- Attendance & working hours management.
**Personal Attributes:

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- BE CE / IT / Tech, MSc IT / ICT, MCA, BCA
