**Position Title: Virtual Patient Relationship Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking information on doctors and specialists, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns.
- Make outbound calls to gather feedback and follow-up with patients.
- Respond to emergency code announcements in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism with patients while building strong relationships with each caller.
- Update patient data in the patient service database after each call.
- Maintain regular communication with the management team. Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A graduate or pursuing graduation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to always remain professional and courteous with patients.
- Must be available to work during holidays and weekends.

**Other Information**:

- Current rotational shifts are between 7 am to 11 pm.
- As per requirement of process shift will be rotational 24*7.
- Rotational shift will be between 7 am to 8 pm for females.
- Each shift will be 9 hours (8 hours working and 1 hour break)
- Rotational week off.
- 4 weeks off in a month.
- Festival days are working, as people still get ill on holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
