Project Sales Executive - Steel, TMT, Pipes

**Job Summary**:
As a Project Sales Executive specializing in Steel, TMT (Thermo-Mechanically Treated) products, and Pipes, you will be responsible for identifying and securing sales opportunities for these construction materials in various infrastructure projects. Your role involves developing relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers, understanding project requirements, and providing suitable product solutions. The project sales executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market share in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in infrastructure projects, including commercial buildings, residential complexes, bridges, and highways.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential projects and opportunities for sales conversion.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Understand client needs, specifications, and project timelines to propose appropriate product solutions.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Promote a range of construction materials, including steel, TMT bars, and pipes, to prospective clients.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products to project sites.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and provide technical support as needed.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Set ambitious sales targets and quotas for project sales within assigned territories or market segments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the construction materials industry.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide timely updates to management.
- **Negotiation and Proposal Preparation**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure sales contracts.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- **Customer Service and Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project sales roles within the construction materials industry, preferably in steel, TMT, or pipes.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, project management principles, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based work with frequent travel to project sites and client meetings.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate project schedules and client availability.
