As a Project Sales Executive at Solutia India, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within the designated territory. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads, build strong relationships with clients, and facilitate the successful execution of flooring projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the commercial and residential sectors. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. Understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of flooring projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and enhance our competitive advantage.
- **Travelling**: This role requires frequent travel within the designated territory to meet clients, conduct site visits, and attend industry events. Travel flexibility is essential to effectively manage sales activities and project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
