**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Identify and proactively reach out to potential clients through various communication channels.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their travel preferences and needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring travel solutions to meet individual client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their travel journey, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

2. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on travel destinations, industry trends, and the services offered by the company.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our travel packages and offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.

3. **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Generate and maintain a sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing leads.
- Prepare persuasive sales proposals and presentations to showcase the benefits of our travel packages.

4. **Booking and Reservations**:

- Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to secure bookings, reservations, and special arrangements.
- Ensure accuracy in booking details, including travel dates, accommodations, transportation, and any additional services.

5. **Pricing and Negotiation**:

- Skillfully negotiate pricing and terms with clients and suppliers while aligning with client budgets and expectations.
- Keep clients informed about pricing changes, discounts, and promotional offers.

6. **Documentation and Administration**:

- Manage travel documents, itineraries, invoices, and contracts for clients with precision.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.

7. **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

8. **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure strict compliance with relevant travel regulations, including visa requirements, health and safety standards, and travel insurance.

9. **Post-Sales Support**:

- Provide comprehensive post-sales support during clients' trips, addressing issues and emergencies as they arise.
- Solicit client feedback to enhance the overall travel experience and services offered.

10. **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in travel sales or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in travel industry tools and booking systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹9,320.92 - ₹34,667.16 per month
