**Profile Introduction**:
As a Travel Package Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages to prospective clients. Your role involves understanding clients' preferences, recommending suitable travel options, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will utilize your communication skills and industry knowledge to generate leads, negotiate deals, and facilitate bookings to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Promote and sell various travel packages, including accommodations, transportation, and activities, to meet clients' needs and budget.
- Provide personalized recommendations and itinerary planning based on clients' interests and travel objectives.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and maximize profitability.
- Process bookings accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations and customer support, to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new leads, upselling additional services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated using CRM software or other tracking tools.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and travel-related services.
- Familiarity with reservation and booking systems, such as GDS (Global Distribution Systems) or online travel platforms.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to handle multiple bookings and inquiries simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules and peak booking periods.
- Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including MS Office suite and CRM systems.
