**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Communication**: Maintain clear and concise documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to provide a unified and efficient customer service experience.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services based on customer interactions.
- **Policy Adherence**: Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and guidelines while handling customer interactions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports on customer queries and resolutions, highlighting patterns that may indicate a larger issue.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in customer service or communication is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think on your feet.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to pay close attention to the details of customer queries and complaints.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- **Patience and Empathy**: Must possess a high degree of patience and empathy to handle difficult customers effectively.

**Salary**: ₹9,431.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
