As a Customer Service Executive in their blended process, you'll play a vital role in maintaining HDFC Bank's reputation for exceptional service delivery.

**Requirements & Remuneration**:

- Communication Skills: Good communication skills in English. (Should be able to read & understand)
- Shifts: 8am TO 9pm (Any 9 hours rotational shift with rotational week off)
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or lead generation roles will be an added advantage.
- Salary: INR 14,500/- In hand + Good Incentives + PF + other job benefits

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their banking-related inquiries and providing assistance with account services.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions, aiming to enhance their banking experience.

**2. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution**:

- Analyze customer issues and complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute ideas for process enhancements.

**3. Compliance and Documentation**:

- Adhere to HDFC Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines while handling customer interactions and maintaining records.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions for audit and reporting purposes.

**4. Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively and efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives to stay updated on banking products, services, and processes.
