Customer Support Executive

**Role Description**
- Follow up with Sales personnel and customers to provide timely quotations and address any queries or concerns.
- Liaise with Shipping Liner, Customers, and CHA to resolve any issues that may arise during shipment, ensuring timely resolutions of problems.
- Manage job openings within the systems, updating information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle export LCL/FCL shipments, collaborating with CHAs, co-loaders, exporters, and liners from booking shipment realization at the destination.
- Plan and ensure all export containers are moved and loaded on time to meet cut off deadlines.
- Resolve routine inquiries from shippers, shipping lines, and agents providing efficient and satisfactory solutions.
- Supervise and control operations to prevent any unfair practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Interact with shipping lines, port authorities, customs officials, and consolidators to facilitate smooth and timely shipments, maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong customer support and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in shipping operations or logistics coordination, with a strong understanding of export process.
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
