- Key Responsibilities: Representative Tasks: - Represent the company and brand internally and externally. - Foster positive relations with employee representatives, sales organization contacts, and key figures in society. Strategic Planning: - Develop concepts for local and regional markets and tap new markets. - Coordinate these concepts with MPC. - Plan annual sales and service volume. Financial Planning: - Draw up annual plan and goals for the company. - Draw up financial liquidity plans for the fiscal year. - Define target rate-of-return, quantity, sales, and profit goals. - Arrange for the annual marketing plan. - Calculate investments in building, technology, and HR. Human Resources: - Carry out HR planning for the company. - Manage, promote, and motivate employees. - Ensure a positive working atmosphere and team development. - Plan personal development goals with employees. - Evaluate employees and initiate disciplinary measures. - Determine wage/salary and bonus policy. - Develop and implement guidelines on management and cooperation. Organization: - Ensure clear assignment of tasks, functions, and areas of responsibility. - Defining links between departments and employees. - Providing consistent customer service using EDP tools. - Following statutory industrial safety regulations. - Appointing a quality management/environmental representative. Marketing and Sales Overview - Observing regional automobile market trends and competitors' activities. - Analyzing and evaluating market trends and desired market positioning. - Evaluating social, cultural, and political information to identify customer needs. - Keeping a relevant marketing database and checking external service provider offers. - Making decisions and controlling regarding advertising campaigns, sales promotion measures, events, and customer information. Sales - Monitoring the profitable sale of new and used vehicles, financial services, and accessories. - Establishing and fostering contacts with decision-makers and spokespeople. - Approaching and advising VIPs and major customers. After-Sales Service - Monitoring the profitable sale of workshop services, spare parts, accessories, and services. - Developing and implementing concepts for increasing customer orientation and profitability. Customer Satisfaction - Observing customer satisfaction levels and identifying issues and potential improvements. - Establishing customer satisfaction goals and monitoring their implementation. Quality Management - Ensuring all defined processes are carried out correctly and standards are met. - Managing the introduction of new business processes and arranging management reviews on quality management and environmental protection systems. Procurement and Asset Management - Organizing building plans according to Organization standards and project tenders. - Controlling the selection process regarding service providers and suppliers. - Supervising service providers by external companies and auditing. Accounting/Controlling - Ensuring the accounting system meets requirements and fulfills statutory regulations. - Monitoring payroll department and ensuring all necessary data are available. - Supervising budgets and target yields on a company and departmental level. - Developing concepts for correcting deviations from plans and coordinating with MPC and revenue authorities.
