Position: Chief Legal Officer (CLO)

Experience: - 10 yrs+

Industry: Real Estate

Qualification: Advocate

Overview:
As the Chief Legal Officer in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance and oversight to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and facilitate successful real estate transactions. This role requires a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:
 Legal Strategy: Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with the business objectives of the real estate organization.

 Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and financing documents.

Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and protect the interests of the company.

 Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.

 Litigation Management: Manage and oversee any legal disputes or litigation involving the company.

 Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess legal risks associated with real estate operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

 Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements. Advise the board of directors and executive leadership on legal matters affecting corporate governance.

 Legal Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing legal team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to legal team members.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
