The Support Chief plays a crucial role in making sure everything runs smoothly for the business owner. They help manage day-to-day tasks, allowing the owner to focus on important strategic work. This role needs someone who is passionate about technology but need NOT BE "technical", super organized, and can handle various administrative duties. Plus, they'll take charge of social media, digital marketing, and online workshop management.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Uphold a high level of trust and integrity.

**Qualifications**:
Chief Support Officer Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with a preference for experience in a technology-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Position yourself as a highly qualified Chief Support Officer with a comprehensive background and skills essential for success in a dynamic professional setting.
