Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer at LoanTap Financial Technologies located in Pune. As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the CFO will be planning, budgeting, implementing, and controlling all F&A, Taxation, Treasury, ALM, Capital & Cash Management, Cost & Expense Management, Legal, Audit and Insurance related activities & directing overall financial policies of the company to ensure timely, accurate and efficient financial systems, processes, reporting & compliance. The CFO shall also have communication and support responsibilities on matters relating to shareholder relationships and Board of Directors reporting, communication and follow-up. Core focus would be overlooking various functions such as Finance, Legal, Accounts and Secretarial.


Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of post-qualification experience at a senior level (CFO / Dy CFO / Financial Controller), preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Candidates holding CFO/Dy CFO positions in NBFCs, with deep knowledge of Indian accounting and statutory laws will be preferred. 
  • Business acumen, leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset and an impeccable integrity are qualities that will differentiate the successful candidate.


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:


  • Experience in the financial technology industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
