We are looking for a self-motivated and proficient brands coordinator to join our content generation & curation team. If you aspire to build a career in brand communications and content development, then this can be the perfect opportunity for you. Your work will primarily involve communicating with brands, managing the content curation team, creating timelines, and following content-posting schedules.

**Responsibilities**
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Staying up-to-date with trends and generating new ideas for relevant content creation.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, financials; evaluate options and resolve internal priorities.
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company's contract guidelines and policies.
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
- Make content calendars and give timelines to the crews.
- Ensure the deliverables are curated as per the schedule and timelines.
- Coordinate logistics as per the content curation team’s requirements.

**Requirement**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong editing & proofreading skills.
- Know all the nitty-gritty involved in all stages of video production, right from pre-production and research to post-production.
- Create pitch decks and presentations for brands and external executives.
- Ability to manage teams, set priorities, and deadlines& complete work within given timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for details.
- Ability to multi-task and arrange all logistics required for video production.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
