We are looking for a responsible **Accounts & Administrator** to manage our company’s day-to-day operations. You will provide clerical support to our team and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Organize & **Prepare company documents **& required reports
- Daily transactions in **Zoho Books & Google Sheets.**:

- Bank coordination and reconciliation
- Scheduling cost-effective air/hotel/ground **travel & logistics arrangements**. Create detailed travel itineraries
- **Maintain Employee records,** and expense reports, ordered & maintain office supplies
- **Bookkeeping of expenses,** data entry of all expenses, and managing the **bank account transactions**:

- Book meetings, **manage calendars** & schedule events
- Liaise with executives, and managers for handling any queries
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with them

**Skills Required**:

- **Proven experience** as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Effective organizational, **time management & multitasking skills**:

- Strong **written and oral communication** skills
- **Problem-solving attitude** with an eye for detail
- Good hands-on **experience with office management tools** (doc & spreadsheet)

**Immediate Joiner Preferable**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
