As a Corporate Sales Strategist you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing and executing sales strategies, and generating new business opportunities for our B2B wellness solutions. You will also be in charge of managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Identify and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, from initial contact to conversion.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and target accounts, utilizing market analysis and industry insights.
- Implement lead scoring and qualification techniques to prioritize leads and maximize conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize lead generation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging automation and technology where applicable.
- Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of lead generation initiatives and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation performance to stakeholders.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector
- Proven experience in sales and lead generation, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
- Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools and platforms, as well as CRM systems for lead management.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of BOFU (bottom of the funnel) marketing strategies and techniques.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new strategies and techniques to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
