At this position, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outreach to Customers**: Contact customers via phone calls or other communication channels to follow up on abandoned carts.
- **Understand Customer Concerns**: Listen actively to customers' reasons for abandoning their carts and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Provide Assistance**:Offer assistance with completing the purchase, including guiding customers through the checkout process, providing information on products or promotions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Build Rapport**: Establish rapport with customers and strive to provide a positive and personalized shopping experience.
- **Encourage Purchase Completion**: Persuade customers to complete their purchases by highlighting the benefits of the products, offering incentives if applicable, and addressing any objections.
- **Document Communication**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes on conversations and any actions taken.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Coordinate with other teams such as customer support, sales, and marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to addressing abandoned carts and improving the overall customer experience.
- **Stay Updated**:Stay informed about products, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and address their inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with a focus on conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
