Process Associate

Overview:
As a Process Associate, your primary responsibility is to support the lead generation efforts of the organization. You will be tasked with identifying potential leads, qualifying them, and nurturing relationships with prospects to ultimately convert them into sales-ready leads. Your role will involve utilizing various channels and tools to research, identify, and engage with potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, social media, networking, events, and industry publications.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with the organization's target audience and ideal customer profile.
- Nurture relationships with leads by providing relevant information, addressing inquiries, and understanding their needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies, campaigns, and messaging.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and messaging strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of lead generation processes, tools, and resources.

Qualifications:

- No Sales/Technical Skills needed.
- Excellent English Communication is MUST.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and objectives.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
