**Job Title**: Finance Executive (Fresher)
**MBA in Sales & Marketing is Mandatory**
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively engage with decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand clients' business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Present product/service demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals in line with company objectives.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
**Qualifications**:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Sales and Marketing.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with [X] years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed
