Title: Sales Representative
Location: F-89/7, 2nd Floor UNIT NO-2, Pocket F, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, Delhi 110020
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, including product training and troubleshooting.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical equipment/instruments industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical equipment/instruments is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
