- Responsible on a day-to-day basis for the administration, co-ordination, logistics and reporting for projects_

- Responsible on a day-to-day basis for the administration, co-ordination, logistics and reporting for projects as required by Client/Senior Project Manager/Project Manager._
**_ Role activities include:_**
- _Arranging and scheduling meetings and events (e.g.Project meetings, User Acceptance Testing, project pilots etc) as requested and as required within the project plan._
- _Coordination of logistics for projects/programmes, including purchasing, vendor management, accruals, quality control, shipping and receiving. Project materials management._
- _Communicating all necessary updates with project/process owners, business partners, senior management, and stakeholders._
- _Providing on site support to events as required. Providing virtual Support to the Stakeholder teams during online programme events._
- _Administration of project reviews, gathering and analysing information via reports and other key performance measures to provide project updates and support._
- _Update of project reporting/planning reports as directed._
