HRmis Entry Level Assistant

As an HRMIS Entry Level Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around document collection and verification, as well as employee registration on the National Automated Tracking System (NATS). Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as these skills are integral to the role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Document Collection and Verification**: Collecting necessary documentation from employees and verifying their accuracy and completeness according to company policies and procedures.
- **Employee Registration on NATS**: Ensuring timely and accurate registration of employees on the National Automated Tracking System (NATS), maintaining up-to-date records, and adhering to data privacy and security protocols.
- **Excel and PowerPoint Skills**: Demonstrating proficiency in Excel for data management tasks such as organizing, analyzing, and presenting HR-related information. Similarly, being adept in PowerPoint to create visually appealing presentations for HR reports and presentations.
**Qualifications**:
- BBM -HR or any other equivalent graduation; additional certification in HRMIS or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
