**Job Description: Data Entry Executive (Female) - Mechanical Industry**

**Position**: Data Entry Executive

**Location**: Cherlapally

**Department**: Machining

**Reports to**: Department Head

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**:

- Accurately enter and update daily production data.
- Maintain comprehensive records of production activities, including workers' tasks and machine operations.

**Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor the complete work of workers, including turners and milling machine operators.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly production reports.
- Identify and report any deviations or discrepancies in production work to the department head.

**Managerial Support**:

- Assist the Machining Department Head in organizing and conducting meetings.
- Provide detailed reports and updates during meetings.
- Help in setting and updating daily and monthly production goals.

**Coordination**:

- Ensure smooth communication between the production floor and management.
- Handle any administrative tasks related to the machining team.

**Goal Setting and Achievement**:

- Collaborate with the team to establish and track daily and monthly goals.
- Ensure that production targets are met and report any issues promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification of a graduate degree.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing or mechanical industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
