**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Salary**: ₹15,000/month (fixed) + Performance Incentives up to ₹3,000

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (30 min Lunch + 15 min Tea Break)

**Work Schedule**: 6 days/week

Sepal is a revolutionary two-wheeler accessory designed by a group of IIT engineers to give riders complete control over their journey. Sepal is a collapsible roof integrated with mobile app to provide the riders with all IOT comforts that can be quickly attached to any motorcycle and it shall provide the riders with complete protection from Sun, rain dust and even cold, entirely on-demand.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team immediately. This is a remote position with an initial 3-month contract, which may transition into a permanent role based on performance.

**Responsibilities**:
**Post-Sales Order Processing**: Input and manage customer orders in the company CRM system.

**Logistics Coordination**: Book logistics for orders and ensure timely delivery.

**Payment Processing**: Enter and manage payment details for orders.

**Invoicing**:Prepare and send invoices to customers.

**Accuracy and Efficiency**:Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in task completion.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or customer support roles.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Language Proficiency**:Must be proficient in English and one additional language (Hindi or other regional languages). Additional preference for proficiency in Kannada, Bengali, or other regional languages.

**Availability**: Must be able to commit to the fixed work hours and schedule.

**Performance Incentives**:
Incentives up to ₹3,000 will be based on:

- Accuracy in data entry
- Efficiency in task completion
- Consistency in meeting performance metrics
