Responsibilities:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, and make travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Conduct basic data entry tasks and update spreadsheets using Excel.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and organizing documents.
- Drive company vehicles for errands such as delivering packages or picking up supplies.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹9,113.97 - ₹20,818.41 per month
